Ford Explorer Window Problem

How do I remove the trim just below the painted surface of the drivers door around the top of the window? There is a nut on the inside of the door that allows you to take one end of it off but I am not sure how to remove the other end. This trim goes across the top of the window and down almost to the mirror, but this is not the regular window molding. This trim piece is above the window molding and is rounded.
