Why are my dashboard/interior light off

Ok, lately my interior lights. Become dimmer and dimmer until they died on me.I have bright headlights. But no inside. Dashboard and radio.I checked the alternator and battery at autozone. Its ok they say. Now. What could be the problem and how to eliminate one by one?
I don't know if my dimmer works. Im 90% sure it works. Please guide me couse I drive my car night time and I can't see nothing.

Check the meter fuse 15amp if okay-Could be the multifunction switch and the cluster itself

15 amp fuse under the Hood or inside the car?
Where /what is multifunction switch. So I can find it?
The cluster is dashboard right?

The multi switch is where you put on the turn signal lights on- yup its the dash and fuse at inside fuse panel

But I do have blinking light on my dashboard when I turn the signal on. Also headlight signal is working.

Have the multifunction switch and the instrument cluster checked and tested then comeback-Be advised this is not any easy fix over the internet we're not with the vehicle-
