I have a 1996 ford contour. when i turn the key it wont start. the battery is good. i hear the fuel pump turn over. it would turn over but when i turn it off and try to restart it wouldnt. now it wont start at all. dont see anything loose.

So does the starter turn over the engine?Or does the starter not rotate the engine over?
