Ford Bronco Wiring Problem

My rear window is not working. I have rebuilt the tailgate. Motor works fine when jumped by battery. Mechanisms lubed and replaced where needed. I replaced the electrical wiring and switch from a used bronco from AZ. I have had this checked by a body shop and they could not get power from the connector from the main wiring harness along the rail. From there I don't know where to go. I have also checked all the fuses. Everything is fine. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Lost in the electrical nightmare.
