I have a 96' ford aspire, I was changing my wiring spring for my horn and airbag under the steering wheel. That went ok. I
turned the headlights on and no
lights, parking yes, headlights no.
I ended up finding the relay for it
and it was all corroided plus a wire
broken off. Would that by chance take out the pcm?

I am not sure of the location of the corroded wire if you your question is, if you can remove the PCM to repair wiring harness, I see no reason why not
Note :disconnect battery before
