I owna 96 Dodge Stratus. I have ben having problems with the front underside scrapping coming out of certain driveways.

Being that the front end of my car is so low, it has been scrapping coming out of certain drive ways that my Suzuki Esteem NEVER would scrape on. Is there a "guard" or something that can be done "cost effectivly" to help keep my car together.

You can't compare two totally different cars. Start by having the ride height checked at a tire and alignment shop. That takes about two minutes. If it's low, the springs are worn and must be replaced. If your car is ready for new struts, the springs have to come off the old ones so that's the time to replace them.
