Dodge intrepid. Car won't stay running seems no gas or power getting to car. And it over heats. It over heats then this problem happens to car.

If its overheating you will need to correct this problem, The overheating can be from thermostat to plugged radiator and also a cooling fan that is non operational, On the sour side the head gasket can go out, Do the cooling system first make sure you have enough coolant or water in the cooling system.

If it doesn't say expert these are not 2carpros people. Check coolant level then have pressure checked for leaks if not leaks then when hot put hand on radiator with engin off and feel for cold spots if any found then the radiator is no good. Scan for codes and check fuelpressure for other problem first
