Dodge Caravan Carpet Problem
I have a 96 caravan with a rocker panel rusting i won t to replace it with a new one . The problem is there is foam behind the rocker how do i remove it so i can mig the rocker or should i pop revit it is the passinger side i have silding door Thanks Bruce

Foam should be removeable from inside of vehicle. Lift up carpets and removing garnishes should allow access to them.
