1996 Daihatsu Hyjet Repair Question

Hijet waterpump replaced now wont start and a noise when starting up
Changed the waterpump to stop an overheating problem and radiator now when i turn the key it wont stary and like a skuealing sound coming from top of the engine.

The belt is loose, causing the squealing sound.
Check for spark and fuel. Make sure you didn't knock the crank or cam sensor loose or out of adjustment.
