1996 Chrysler Town and Country new starter installed

I put in a new starter in my 96 chrysler t & c and now the service engine light comes on and I put in drive and get a hesitation and the speedomdtor doesn move, when I step on the gas peadal nothing happens then zoom going, but in 1 gear like 2nd and its an automatic 3.3. Dave

Scan for codes first, most auto parts do this for free

Code 15 is a vehicle speed sensor problem. Pic included it will cause what is happening to your car when driving it.
