Check fuel pump pressure to see if fuel pressure is within spec and making it to the fuel rail. If it is, check for spark. If there is spark, check to make sure the injectors are getting power. You will need a noid light to do this. Most parts stores will lend one to you. You will also need a fuel pressure gauge to check pressure. Parts stores often lend them too.
