1996 Chevrolet Van Repair Question

1996 chevy van 1500

Wife was driving van and just cut off. replaced fuel pump,and relay. van has spark and its getting fuel. now it wont start why

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs with a gauge and also check if the injectors are pulsing
