1996 Lumina starts ...or not,
when it doesn't start, there is no clicking, ticking, etc.
The fuel pump does engage, all dash lights, etc. work.
Have replaced starter, solenoid,ignition switch.
Have checked all fuses, tested all wiring for power under the hood and under the steering column.
Have checked and replaced the relays in both fuse boxes that are located under the hood.
It may start 4 or 5 times, then nothing for 10 to 15 minutes of trying.
Started doing this last Thursday and is getting worse. Do not want to be stranded.
If you have suggestions on what to check or replace...

Could be neutral switch or starter itself. You would have to test for power arriving on the purple wire at the starter when the key is held in "start" and it's not cranking. If power found, starter is likely bad. You could also try tapping on the starter with a hammer while trying to start it.

I have already replaced the starter and the solenoid that is attached to the starter. I also, prior to that tried the hammer tapping on the starter.
Purple wire had power when it should. Are there other things I can check?

If you are getting full battery voltage at the purple wire, then it can only be a bad starter or battery cable connection.

Also, It does this same scenario whether it is in park or neutral. Could it still be the neutral switch?
