Find the pressure regulator on top of the engine. It will have a small vacuum hose going to it. Pull that hose off and look inside it. If it's wet with fuel, it's leaking and must be replaced. The raw fuel will flood the engine and you'll see black smoke out the tail pipe. Once the cause of the excessive fuel is repaired, get the oil changed right away to get that fuel out. That fuel will destroy the lubricating properties of the oil.
