Possible causes for overheating, thermostat, faulty fan, low coolant, water pump, head gasket, or could be a faulty temp sensor, the list can go on, need a little more detail, how long has it been happening, any other problems or recent repairs, have you checked anything? Do you have access to a scanner that shows data? That way we could see what acual temp is, fans should come on about 223 degrees, if not would need to diagnose fan circuit between relay and pcm, have you jumped relay, does fan come on? if not check fuses.
