Here's the deal. i have crank, i have fire. i have no power to the 1st 2 rows of fuses inside (ign,f/p,alm, ect). my code reader will not connect to pcm. i need to know which wires power these rows of fuses and / or where the power comes from?

Check and test all the fusible links-could be ignition activated power-did you check with key On?
