I just replaced the starter on my 1996 Buick Roadmaster, it started fine the ist 3 or 4 times. The last time I started it the starter mitor continues to run disengaged even with the key turned off. I had to disconnect the battery to stop it. If I connect the battery ith starts running again, disengaged and the key will not engage the bendix.
