car has sat for aprox 3 weeks due to non-starting because of code saying bad camshaft pos sensor. after replacing the camshaft position sensor and clearing codes, car will not start.
with jumper cables car will crank but will not fire, removing jump cables car will click as starter is engaging.
is this a bad battery issue or something else?

Remove the battery and fully recharge it. Have it load tested at a parts store. Most will do it for free. As far as the no start, check to see if you are getting fuel and spark to the engine.
