How to replace the Rear bumber on a 96 Acura TL?

A few months ago my car was involved in a hit and run outside my apartments. Sucks right? I have attached a image of the damage. Now if I go to a junkyard and find a bumper will replacing it be as easy as unscrewing and popping a new one back in? Im not worried about the taillight as I can replace that with ease.

Does the process only require locating the screws, removing them and taking off the bumper? And reverse order to put on the new one?
