Oil spray out of dipstick tube

1995 volvo GLE no turbo I have oil comming out of my dipstick tube and fill cap while driving. Ive been told that a clogged catilytic converter would cause this is that true.

Nope maybe PCV or blow by caysed by worn piston rings

Piston rings are good great compression test and this car dont have a pcv valve wish it did.

See diagram that is crankcase vent system PCV in valve cover check all hoses and canister for blockage
