1995 Volvo 850 Repair Question

Loss of engine oil for volvo 1995 model 850
After 15 days, the engine oil shows on the deep stick lose half of the oil. There is no white smoke from the exhaust pipe and the engine is stilll running smoothly but I am afraid that the engine oil loss will damage the engine.

So are there any visual signs of a oil leak?If not its burning the oil inside the engine.
