1995 Toyota Corolla Repair Question
Mileage: 21,000 miles.
Car well turn but not start
Answer
Check to see if there is spark and fuel to the engine. Let me know what you find. If you have both, then check engine compression to see if it is low.
spark and fuel are good but i don't have a tool to do that
i dont have a tool for the compression
if you remove the plugs and crank it, you should hear some compression coming through the spark plug holes.
did you re check your timing marks??
Roy
the timing pully has a mark hole on the bolt hole that lines it up so i dont have to line it up with a dote
there is a line or mark on the cam gear that must be lined up with the mark on the timing cover/
is this the 1.6 or 1.8
Roy
1.6 will the pully has some kind of hole on it that lines it up so you dont have with do that and i just test the compression and its good and all i did to the fuel line is line up the banjo bolt so it can get fuel
my cus thinks i mit have fuel viper in my injeters (sorry can't spell)how do i fix that
try this.
if you have fuel and spark, then compression is the last thing
Roy
i have a book and it says its a 4A-FE and something about a k mark
