My power windows will not open or close using the master switch

Each window will operate using the individual switches except the drivers window. master lock works and and window lock out works. I jumpered the drivers window motor and it does operate. I fixed broken wires in the door jam between front and back doors on drivers side. All switches were working until I put door panels back on.
