It could be the throttle positioning sensor (TPS) that is code 22, the transmission may not know you are accelerating

Just to add to this one a code 11 is transmission codes present and a code 22 on the transmission side is 2nd gear incorrect ratio. Did you get the code 22 from flashing it out of the low coolant light on the dash? A throttle position sensor might cause a hard shift on that car but not those symptoms. That sounds a low line pressure issue usually caused by a worn pressure regulator bore in the valve body of the transmission. Really common on those cars the first step would be to measure the transmission line pressure with a gauge. We could see how the line pressure control actuator is working also with a gauge. The gauge set I have is only 57 on amazon I really like it and have used it a bunch of times.
