Cranks no start ,new starter,new ect sensor lwr one,battery checked out good ,starter fluid doesnt help ,can hear fuel pump run when car is started,pedal to floor doesnt help,spark plugs wet and black,took off wires at coil and had spark ,took off oil cap and cam turns when key is turned .checked fuses in cab and under hood with test light all good.havent did a compression check ,yet. any common fails thank you for your help.
