That's WAY too much information to digest. With no test results, observations, or clues to analyze, the first suspect is worn spark plugs and wires. How long since the engine had a tune-up? With a spark-related misfire bad enough to feel, you may also find the catalytic converter is getting orange from the heat of the unburned fuel burning inside it. You may smell unburned fuel at the tail pipe too, or the exhaust may make your eyes burn.

The spark plugs and boots where replaced on 8/22/15. And yes I can smell unburnt gas when sitting at a light.

That verifies it's a spark-related problem, not fuel or compression. Now that I know work was done only two days ago, that is the logical place to start. The first suspect is a spark plug wire didn't get fully seated and the brass terminal arced away. Regardless, the first thing to do is return to the shop and give the mechanic a chance to inspect his work and correct any mistakes.
