Blows oil when starting

When the car starts, it blows smoke which I can only assume is oil. It never blows it at any other time, only when it starts, and it doesn't matter how long it sits, any ideas?

This is typical valve seal problem.

So what are a few options I can do to fix it?

One option is change the oil add some additive the other is replace the valve seals
