1995 Pontiac Bonneville Blower

I just put in a new blower in my pontiac Bonneville I could hear the motor running but I'm not getting any air out of it what did I do wrong?

Probably nothing you did the actuator may not be getting vacuum check for a vacuum leak an dsee if any of the vacuum motors are working you have to start at engine and work your way back. It may be the control head as well.
