Do you have a multimeter to do some testing? Could be the high speed blower relay.

I'm not quite sure where under the hood this is. Is it under the fuse/relay panel? Looks like I have 7 relays under the 2 fuse boxes.

Found it. I've got the relay out, is there a way to test it or do I just put in a new relay?

We could test if the relay is working if you had a mulimeter or test. See if any of the other relays are the same as the blower motor? If there are swap it and see if it works on high?

Swapped relay with no change. I forgot to mention that the air is only coming out of the defrost vent and not through the dash vents, any idea on that one? Thanks for the help.

That would be a seperate issue from the blower motor. Most vacuum operated mode door actuators when they dont get the vacuum they need or leak vacuum default to defrost position for safety. But lets fix one thing at a time here geta multimeter and let me know when you get one so we can do some testing.

Swapped a relay out with another and did not notice a change. It doesn't sound like the compressor is clicking on. The entire ac system was replaced 7 months ago. The air seemed cooler, but now as the weather has really heated up here, it appears just to be blowing warm air. Looks like I missed this up front.

Alright now we have 3 different problems lets work on the blower motor first the one we started with. You will need to get a multimeter if you want to trouble shoot it yourself.

Sorry about that, I swapped out the blower motor relay with another and it appears so far that it may have resolved the fan speed issue. ( Haven't purchased a new one just used another from the relay area with the same pinout. The AC issue ofthe compressor not clicking on would probably be the biggest issue at the moment. I really appreciate the help. I know enough to be dangerous, but not quite enough to get to the bottom of things.
