Overheating

When running at what appears to be normal temp, never going over the half way line,the overflow is overflowing. The radiator hose is very hot and tight. The thermostat and serpentine belt were recently replaced, and the problem still persists.

No external-Test the thermostat, check if the radiator is clogged. water pump pumping coolant through out the engine continues get it block and pressure tested-
