1995 Oldsmobile Achieva Repair Question

Smoke is coming up through my console gearbox and every thing is vibrating under the hood what's this?
Every once in a while, while i am driving it seems like the car begins to oppose the accelerating peddle command for speed; for example sometime it will not go to a higher accelerating if i press the gas pedal.

Check for oil leaks onto the exhaust, check tune, scan for fault codes, start here.
