95 olds 88 royale series II obd I with obd II connector - no trouble codes

With noticeable lack of throttle response in 2nd or 3rd gear i.E. Too much pedal travel without adequate response.

Car has weak acceleration that is more noticeable in 2nd gear
The engine does not miss, starts and idles fine, with excellent throttle response sitting still. Fuel press. Is good(monitored with gauge taped to windshield for a week), fuel filter, plugs, wires, TPS, IAC, MAF have been changed. Exhaust is not restricted.

Throttle body has been removed and cleaned and Sea foam has been put through the brake vacuum hose. Injector resistance is approx. 12.3 ohms. Vacuum is 20" and steady. Presently in garage with GM Tech 2 diagnostic tool and they haven't found anything. Final note: This car has never performed like the first 95 I purchased and sent back under Lemon Law; could there be some manufacturing defect that inhibits performance. HELP

You could have a trans problem like a bad seal or clutch that won't show on the computer because it's shifting. Fuel pressure could be low which I dont' think shows on atech 2. Or it could be a timing issue like a bad cam or crank sensor having to many ohms and not working good when hot. Or the torque converter clutch could be going bad on it. Hard to say without really looking at it.
