Nissan Altima Parking brake Problem
I just bought this car & the parking brake is stuck down, if i pull on it it'll go up 2 clicks. When it's down the indicator on the dash stays lite. Any ideas what it could be or how i could fix.it myself?

Check all parking brake cables under the vehicle. Chances are they are rusted in place.
