Its a hydraulic clutch so they believe that its that. But none of. The lights will turn on so I have a feeling that its either the alternator or battery. I can't even get it to crank. Problems at hand. I wanted to get it to crank tp remove the negative cable to see if its the alternator. Any help?

If the battery was charged and checked ok then you didn't have any lights or power when you got the battery back in the car, then id say you may have blown a main fusible link. Make sure the cables are on tight and correctly. If the starter was engaging before but not turning the engine over, then the starter is probably to blame there
