Yes it would. So do spark plugs, ignition coils, fuel system and a host of othere possibilities.

Start by checking the spark lpugs and related components.

Fuel system is new except the injectors and the sparkplugs are new so I needa check the coil pack and what else?

Don't jump too far ahead. Check the coil packs first. Misfiring are usually from these components.
