its skipping and has trouble starting somtimes would the timing be the cause of that

Yes it would. So do spark plugs, ignition coils, fuel system and a host of othere possibilities.
Start by checking the spark lpugs and related components.

fuel system is new except the injectors and the sparkplugs are new so i needa check the coil pack and what else??

Don't jump too far ahead. Check the coil packs first. Misfiring are usually from these components.
