1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse Hi Yes Car Getting Power Starter Coil Could This Thinking

all the lights come on when i turn the key, and my brake lights are constantly on and my right blinker is on, the SRS,Oil,Battery lights come on. like i thought its the ecu/ecm, and the Serpentine Belt is missing i dont know if that is the cause

-Sounds like you need to have the ignition switch checked and tested-if the coil and starter solenoid small terminal is not getting power during cranking position-start here-we'll deal with the rest later-
