Yes my car isnt getting any power to the starter or coil why could this be iM thinking its the ECU/ECM

All the lights come on when I turn the key, and my brake lights are constantly on and my right blinker is on, the SRS, Oil, Battery lights come on. Like I thought its the ecu/ecm, and the Serpentine Belt is missing I dont know if that is the cause

-Sounds like you need to have the ignition switch checked and tested-if the coil and starter solenoid small terminal is not getting power during cranking position-start here-we'll deal with the rest later-

Brake lights constantly On-check and test the brake switch
