I have a 1995 Mitsubishi Diamante and my air conditoner and heater only blows when it wants to. When I crank up my car, it never works, but after about 20 or 30 minutes of driving, it cuts on and doesnt give me any more problems until I turn the car off and decide to drive again. What could be the problem?

Most likely the blower fan motor is bad and requires replacement. The next time it des not work, give the blower motor housing some banging with your hands and if the fan starts working, it is due for replacement.
