1995 Mercury Mystique Repair Question

What is wrong with my left wheel
My car makes a slight grinding or clicking noise only when i turn right really hard pressing on the gas but when i coast and take a turn it doesnt make a noise what could be the problem

front axle shaft may have a bad outer cv joint. have it checked to verify
