1995 Mercedes Benz SL500 Repair Question

Squeak
When cold started the engine continuously squeaks/chirps until the car is warmed up and then it goes away. The sound appears to be coming from under the air cleaner housing. When I lift it up the squeak/chirp stops, when I press it down the squeak gets louder. The car has only 30,000 miles on it and runs great. What do I do?

Can you possibly remove the housing (not running) and get right down there and visually inspect the area the noise is comming from? That would be my plan of attack, you've already narrowed it down to one area.
