Mazda Protege Battery Problem

I have a 95 mazda protege, with the 1.5 litre dohc engine, automatic transmission. it won't start. It's getting fuel, it's firing. I replaced the fuel pump because it wasn't coming on, I replaced the spark plugs, cleaned the battery posts and cable ends, charged the battery completely, checked for vacuum leaks, and I can't find anything. It spins over with no problem, just won't start. I have been trying to figure out the problem for 3 days. I cranked it up and it went dead immediately when the problem occured. Can you give me any ideas of what else to check? Thanks.

Try some starting fluid. If it works, the fuel injectors are not firing if you have fuel pressure at the fuel rails.
