Rebuilt tranny installed and only goes foward even in reverse
Sounds fine park holds but reverse through low including nuetral car drives forward tranny was rebuilt at a school by students what could cause this had to pull it apart because the differentials fell and wouldnt line up for the half shafts

Something has not been done correctly internally and this requires the trans to be disassembled again.
It could be one of the clutches is slipping, a wrongly installed one way clutch or a leaking pressure line.
