1995 mazda 626 30 amp link under hood keeps blowing when replaced. What could be making it blow, what does it operate, and what is something I could do to repair this? Thankyou for your time

Where is it located, under the hood or interior fuse box? Have you noticed anything not working, when it blows?

It blows with key off? Unplug the pcm power relay. Does it still blow? You could probably use a testlite in place of the fuse to keep from blowing all your fuses. If the lite comes comes on, the circuit is going to ground somewhere. Don't leave the lite hook-up, just a quick check. You may have to replace wire from fuse to pcm power relay? The relay supplies voltage to fuel injectors--ecm--several other circuits. If the key isn't on, the relay should not energize. If the relay doesn't energize, no voltage to those circuits.
