1995 Lincoln Mark VIII lights and radio stay on

I received a free car without a battery bought a new battery and runs great, except with the engine off and the key out of the ignition the lights and radio stay on indefinitely. The only way to turn them off is to disconnect the battery.

In the engine compartment, there is a fuse box / relay box. Locate it, identify which relay is for the auto headlight system and switch it with another relay with the same part number to see if that fixes the problem.

NOTE: I assume this has the auto headlight system. If I am wrong, let me know.
