1995 Lexus LS 400 Repair Question

Lexus blues
I have a 96 lexus ls400 has low power, ramdom missfires mostly 2,4,6,8 cylinders rich code on bank 1 fuel trims are negative. maf is at 8.55gps at idle engine load goes to about 80% at wot new wires,plugs,caps, and rotors also new rear o2 sensors HELP

Using a live scanner, check to make sure the O2 sensors are working properly. You may have a wiring issue to them.
