Why dont my jeep start?

The jeep turns over fine but wont start. Has no fire or gas, until the check engine light comes on, then it runs fine. The colder it is the longer it takes to start. I did turn the key to access the computer and the code says the computer is losing power. Where do I begin fixing the problem. Thank You..

scan for codes and check fuel pressure first. fuel pressure should be 31psi with vacuum line disconnected and 39-41 with line connected at idle
