The common name is the "headlight capsule or housing" but the dealer will call it something else. The framework behind it is usually called the "headlight bucket"

THE PART YOU REFER TO IN YOUR LINK IS THE FRONT HIDDEN FRAMEWORK OF THE BODY IN WHICH THE "CAPSULES", "HEADLIGHT HOUSINGS", OR "HEADLIGHT BUCKETS" ARE ATTACHED TO......THE HEADLIGHTS ARE INSIDE THE THE HOUSING/ SLANG TERMS JUST USED

THE PART IN YOUR LINK IS USUALLY PURCHASED TO REPAIR ACCIDENT DAMAGE OR IF IT IS IN TERRIBLE SHAPE FROM SALT RUSTING IT AWAY. THIS IS ALSO THE PART THAT THE RADIATOR ATTACHES/ OR IS SUPPORTED ON, AND OTHER PARTS TOO.

DO YOU HAVE A MORE SPECIFIC QUESTION ON WHAT/ WHY YOU ARE INVESTIGATING THIS PART FOR?
