1995 Jeep Cherokee Repair Question

I had the wiring fixed for my speedometer and my lighter hasnt worked since ,could you tell me what the problem might be?
I have checked the fuse panel in the jeep none blown

you'll hav eto take it back who fixed t he wiring in the beginning. sounds like they may have crossed something.
