L have a problem with my central locking and alarm system with my xjr jaguar central locking is not working but the light on the central locking button flashes repetedly but will not lock key fob dosent work neither does the alarm evening when you manual

Do you hear any audible notifications from the alarm horn? Can you hear the door lock solenoids activating?
