I have a 1995 Jaguar Vanden Plas, 4.0L engine, and when I place it on Dyno for an emissions test the engine has no power. However, on the road with the traction control either ON or OFF can easily go at 70 Miles an hour, or more. We suspect a faulty TPS, any ideas on how we can check the function of the TPS?
