1995 infiniti
I have a 1995 infiniti j30 and when off and on, we cant get it to go in reverse, not even in neutral the back wheels are locked up, is that the emergency brake stuck, but you can move it forward.

Yes, symptoms indicates the brake lining has detached itself from its seat. You would have to remove the rear brake drum/rotor to recheck.
